The objective of this exercise is to help you understand the products and/or services offered by our client, and produce a list of good questions for our client.

This exercise is to be completed in small groups of 4-5 students, using the MethodKit Cards. Each card represents an aspect of the produce and/or service.

Please note that not all cards will be relevant to our client.

Based on the information provided to you about our client, pick the cards that you feel are relevant to our client, and fill the template (see some examples below):

In your group, use the following Template to brainstorm a list of good questions for the client.
