VEBTA Team @ Humber Applied Research Industry Breakfast

Thanks to Kiran Bajwa & Christine Howald from The Business School, and Shyren Husham from the School of Media Studies for representing our VEBTA team and presenting our work at the Humber Applied Research Industry Breakfast

The students had the opportunity to speak with industry representatives, government funders, and Humber faculty and admin about their experience working with business partners through the Voucher for E-Business program. We look forward to future events!

Another successful workshop that attracted students from various programs as well as small business owners from our community. Thanks to Stefan and his team; Debs, Samantha, Sarah, Ross, and Rachel for the amazing workshop, and sharing their time and expertise…we look forward to using Shopify!

Day 2: MailChimp Workshop

A huge THANK YOU to Irina Gorea & Kiran Bajwa for preparing and facilitating the workshop, and to Farihah Chowdhury & Christine Howald for assisting them.

Irina, Kiran, Farihah and Christine are third year Digital Business Management students, executive members of the Digital Business Student Association, and winners of the 2016 Leadership Award. Congrats to the DBSA team on the success of their first workshop Facebook Ads, delivered by Martin Perez as part of DBSA’s Tech Week 2017.

Martin graduated from the Digital Business Management Program in 2016, and currently holds the position of Digital Marketing Specialist at The Successful Investor Inc., Martin is also a passionate musician and the founder of Stranded Fest.
