A group of eager students from the Digital Business Management BComm program & Marketing BComm program spent the afternoon of Friday May 12, 2023 at Microsoft Canada’s head office downtown Toronto, along with their Program Coordinators Hanadi Alnawab and Emily Gaszynski.
Organized by Mustafa Al-Durra, Healthcare Industry Architect at Microsoft and Program Advisory Committee member of the Digital Business Management BComm program, we had a day full of learning and inspiration!
ChatGPT Demo
We started our visit with a presentation and demo of ChatGPT by Bruno Capuano, Senior Cloud Advocate @ Microsoft, who discussed prompt engineering and showed us a demo on using ChatGPT to fly a drone! The session included Q&A and a rich conversation about the future of AI in education and the industry, and shared the following resources:

Office Tour
The presentation was followed by a tour of the office that covered space design, hybrid work, sustainability, and diversity & inclusion by Camille Copetti and Kirsty Parry.
We had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in a conversation about with Mustafa, Bruno, Camille, and Kirsty who graciously volunteered to host our group and share their day with us!
